Events Coordinator:
Weddings, Corporate & Functions

We’re seeking a passionate and highly organised Events Coordinator to work on the planning and delivery of weddings, corporate events, private functions and other public special events.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Liaison & Sales Serve as the primary point of contact for event clients, from initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up.

    • Conduct site tours and consultations with prospective clients, engaged couples, tailoring packages to suit their vision and needs.

    • Prepare quotes, contracts, and run sheets with accuracy and attention to detail. Event Planning & Coordination Plan and manage all aspects of events including weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations.

    • Coordinate logistics including catering, AV, room setup, event styling, accommodation, and supplier liaison.

    • Ensure seamless event execution in collaboration with kitchen, front office, housekeeping, and operations teams

    • Work with the management team to identify opportunities for public events such as Open Days, Murder Mystery Nights or themed High Teas.

    • Be the on-site point of contact on event days, managing timings, setup, vendor arrivals, and troubleshooting.

    • Lead the handover to operations staff and ensure exceptional guest experience throughout the event.

    • Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, communications, and post-event feedback. Work closely with our manangement and social media and mangement team to promote event offerings and drive bookings.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in events coordination, ideally within weddings, hospitality, or tourism.

    • Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional manner.

    • High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

    • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.

Front of House & Bar Attendants

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Floor and Bar Staff to join our growing team, with the potential for Bar Manager based on experience.

  • Requirements

    • Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests, across bar, restaurant, and event service.

    • Confidently take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage guest requests with efficiency and care.

    • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and coffee (if trained).

    • Maintain clean, well-presented, and stocked service areas at all times.

    • Support function and event service, including weddings, private dinners, and corporate events.

    • Follow all responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations and venue policies.

    • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
