A: Check-in is from 2 pm and Check-out is at 10 am.
Late check-out or early check-in may be possible by prior arrangement. Please get in touch in advance to enquire, otherwise you may incur a fee.

A: A minimum of 48 hours written notice prior to the date of check-in is required for all booking cancellations or alterations.
When less than 48 hours notice is provided prior to the date of check-in, a cancellation fee equal to the full booking amount is applied. Merchant fees are non-refundable.

A: We're a pet-free hotel to preserve comfort and heritage. However service animals are welcome by prior arrangement.

Very much so. We are a family-friendly business with kids menus, family room-types and magical grounds for little ones to explore.

A: We are 90mins - 2 hours drive (depending on the traffic) along the M5 motorway south to Mittagong.

The closest train station is Moss Vale where you can get direct trains to and from Sydney and Canberra.
From Moss Vale station we are a 15 minute Uber or Taxi.

A: Yes, we have complimentary wifi in our rooms and common areas.

A: Breakfast is served between 7.30am - 9.30am.

We have an outdoor swimming pool and landscaped gardens. There's no gym on-site, but nearby walking trails and parks are great alternatives.

A: No, the hotel is strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). A fine may apply for violations.
