  • A: Check-in is from 2 pm and Check-out is at 10 am.

    Late check-out or early check-in may be possible by prior arrangement. Please get in touch in advance to enquire, otherwise you may incur a fee.

  • A: A minimum of 48 hours written notice prior to the date of check-in is required for all booking cancellations or alterations.

    When less than 48 hours notice is provided prior to the date of check-in, a cancellation fee equal to the full booking amount is applied. Merchant fees are non-refundable.

  • A: We're a pet-free hotel to preserve comfort and heritage. However service animals are welcome by prior arrangement.

  • 7:30am - 8pm 

  • Very much so. We are a family-friendly business with kids menus, family room-types and magical grounds for little ones to explore.

  • A: Yes! Free onsite self-parking is offered. Valet service isn't currently available.

  • A: We are 90mins - 2 hours drive (depending on the traffic) along the M5 motorway south to Mittagong.

  • A: We are a short 45 min drive down the M1 and through Macquarie Pass.

  • The closest train station is Moss Vale where you can get direct trains to and from Sydney and Canberra.

    From Moss Vale station we are a 15 minute Uber or Taxi.

  • A: Yes, we have complimentary wifi in our rooms and common areas.

  • A: Breakfast is served between 7.30am - 9.30am.

  • We have an outdoor swimming pool and landscaped gardens. There's no gym on-site, but nearby walking trails and parks are great alternatives.

  • A: No, the hotel is strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). A fine may apply for violations.
